Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree (business/engineering preferred)
• Master's level qualification (MBA, etc.) highly desired
• 5+ years as CEO/Managing Director of a large organization
• Proven success in strategy development and execution
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
