THE PERSON:

 

The person should have the following :

 

  • 5 O Levels including Maths and English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
  • A Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • 5 years’ experience in Administration.

 

THE JOB

 

The job involves overseeing the following areas :

 

  • Transportation -Oversee the maintenance and coordination of company vehicles, drivers and transportation services.
  • Landscaping-Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our premises, including gardens ,grounds and exterior facilities.
  • Canteen -Manage the daily operations of our staff canteen, including food quality inventory and vendor relationships.

 

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of transportation, landscaping and canteen staff.
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to optimize service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with SHEQ standards.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with contractors.
