Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.

• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying

opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary actions.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.

• Team Development: Identify training needs and develop professional development plans for the sales team.

 

Qualifications and

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the

advertising or retail industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.

• Knowledge of market research methodologies.

• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
