Layers Administrator

We have an exciting new opening within the Company and we are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates interested in being considered for the above position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The role will be responsible for providing support in the various Layer Sites functions, which include consolidation of all Layer Sites data, paperwork, budgeting, stock control, and delivery of all Layer Farm Sites orders from Service providers. The role works directly with the Layers Manager, all suppliers, and service providers on an ongoing basis to implement set SOPs and policies.
2. Responsible for coordination and consolidation of all Layer Sites Activities
3. Assists in budgeting and costing for Layer Sites.
4. Responsible for Layer Sites stock takes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Sound knowledge of dynamics involved in growing chickens.
• At least 1 year of experience working in poultry setup.
• Proven track record demonstrating individual’s ability to maintain sound relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders as well as being able to implement effective management systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
