Cash flow preparation and working capital management
Production of monthly finance reports, budgets and financial statements.
Manage operating expenses in liaison with line managers and cost centre managers. Manage and safeguard company assets
Ensure appropriate levels of internal control compliance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative expectation Financial skills / talent identification, training & development, motivation and succession planning.
Perform performance management, through Balance score card application and performance evaluation.
Create and maintain business relationship with key stakeholders in financial institutions, customers and suppliers.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance
Advanced studies towards Professional Qualification – CA, ACCA, CIMA
Minimum of 3 relevant finance experience at senior level
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
