Stock Controller

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for monitoring stock levels & maintaining stocks at the correct level at all times
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing feed ingredients and finished products.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to coordinate stock movements.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock transactions in the system.
• Track expiry dates, shelf life, and storage conditions of all stock items.
• Generate timely stock reports for management review.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols in all stock handling processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• A Diploma/Degree in Stock Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in stock control or inventory management,
• Preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural environment.
