Academic Qualifications

Responsibilities and Duties


Talent Facilitator


  •  Supports the positioning of talent management within the group as a strategic talent partner.
  • Supports the ongoing alignment of talent management strategy to business needs.
  • Supports the Group Talent Manager with the development of accurate reports.
  • Leads Quarterly Talent discussions with Group Talent Manager to ensure progress against talent plans.

 

Talent Acquisition

  •  Develops and implements the talent sourcing strategy.
  • Co-ordinates and collaborates with the Group Talent Manager to create talent profiles and competency-based interview guides prior to direct sourcing and briefing recruitment agents.
  • Develops competency based interview guides to be used in screening and final interviews to eliminate bias and ensure a fair and transparent process.
  •  Prepares and submits a short list report of candidates to the Group Talent Manager for their action.


Talent Assessment

  • Supports effective selection through the use of valid and reliable psychometric assessments to contribute to sound selection and development decisions.
  • Implements and anchors effective psychometric assessment processes within the business.

 

Talent Development

  •  Supports the competence development process as part of the talent calendar to proactively provide ready succession for key roles in alignment with both individual and organizational requirements.
  •  Ensures career discussions are completed in alignment with the Talent Management Policy and ensure these discussions take place for key high potential talent.

Talent Engagement

  • Supports the implementation and anchoring of an effective talent engagement process within the business.
