Claims Non-Motor Coordinator

The role involves coordinating the claims process, ensuring timely settlements, compliance with regulations, and delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.

NB- This position is based in Mauritius

Key Responsibilities

• Handle non-motor claims in line with company procedures

and KPIs.

• Advise policyholders on the claims process and provide

guidance throughout.

• Keep clients regularly informed on the status of their

claims until completion.

• Ensure timely claim finalization within set KPIs and

clearly explain outcomes, especially in cases of non-coverage.

• Provide regular statistics and information to reporting

line and other departments as needed.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management 

• At least two years experiences in the Insurance Sector,

with knowledge of the scope of claims. 

• Good written and oral skills in English and French.
