Local Enterprise Development (LED) Manager

Key responsibilities

• Execute LED strategy and supplier development programs

• Build SME capacity in finance, governance, and entrepreneurship

• Develop market and value chain linkages beyond a single off-taker

• Track, evaluate, and report LED performance to leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Business, Development, Economics, Engineering, or related

MBA an advantage

8–10 years’ relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior LED/empowerment/procurement/community development roles

Strong stakeholder engagement and proven project delivery
