Relevant certification in Project Management is an added advantage
Experience Required
At least five (5) years’ experience in maintenance and project management
Proven track record in successfully managing projects and maintenance projects, preferably in construction or real estate sector.
Knowledge of maintenance management systems and project management tools
Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems required
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans
Manage and coordinate maintenance activities
Oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects
Develop and manage annual maintenance budget and project budgets
Manage a team of maintenance and projects staff including artisans and commissionaires
Project management
Inspection of all properties in the portfolio to identify maintenance issues and ensure tenants compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
Coordinate and liaise with external contractors and service providers for projects and service providers for repairs and maintenance services
Monitor and review outsourced maintenance works to ensure work is carried out within agreed scope and is of good quality
Provide technical advice pertaining to real estate purchases or development proposals.
