Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Chick Sales orders administration and logistics
- Organising and communicating weekly sales estimate with Hatchery and external customers
- Receiving customer complaints and queries, resolving them or referring them to relevant authority
- Managing Chick Sales Despatch team and drivers
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Animal Science / Agriculture or related
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good people management skills
- Flair for sales
