Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies and develops partnerships with strategic employers and third party training organisations and acts in their interests as well as those of the organisation.
- Evaluate and prioritise employer engagement in line with the partner selection matrix approach and report regularly on achievements against targets
- Manages an agreed allocation of university, learning provider and employer accounts, developing multi-level relationships, including top to top engagement and other markets to the relationship where appropriate
- Articulates a vision for employer engagement and member training that generates excitement enthusiasm and commitment from employers and members to the overall strategy events and products
- Builds a culture of cooperation across departments and functions to align activities to ensure delivery of the organisation's strategy.
- Ensures financial and operational decisions across the department aligns with strategic priorities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, holding a professional accountancy qualification is desirable
- Extensive experience of business development and client management at a corporate level essential, with a good understanding of business and a high degree of commercial awareness
- Significant working experience within account management or sales
- Experience of project management or key account management
