Group Bakery Manager

Main Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of the Bakery - People, financials, growth and vision
• Develop, introduce and maintain competitive bakery product range for the supermarket chain
• Maintain consistent standards in all the bakeries country wide.
• Select, develop, and retain outstanding team members.
• Develop training and people development programs
• Develop strong working relationship with other aspects of the retail operations

Qualifications:

• Evidence of qualification in Bakery or Hotel and Catering
• At least 10 years bakery management experience, 5 of which must be at a senior management level.
• Operational experience with a bakery or baked goods
• Ability to build the vision and expand the business....a builder!
• Experience in developing training and people development program
• Mature individual able to interact and relate at strategic level of the organization.
