Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the GM Finance
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the GM Finance
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments and completing expense reports
- Compose and prepare correspondence
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, agendas and compiling documents for travel related meetings
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the GM Finance’s schedule is followed
- Provide appropriate direct access to the GM Finance according to the GM Finance 's time and office
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration
