Our client is looking for dynamic and highly motivated individuals to contribute to the growth of their airline.
Overall Job Purpose:
To handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for the airline.
Responsibilities:
- Book tickets in the GDS systems – Amadeus/Travelport/Saber/Galileo
- Ensures all incoming call received are answered promptly, efficiently and professionally as per Call Centre Qualitative Standards
- Recommends solutions and other services if appropriate
- Identifies customer needs quickly, guides and provides relevant information efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience and skills in call centre environment would be an added advantage.
- Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Must be certified in airline ticketing
Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant disposition, courteous and efficient in providing personalized service to customers.
- Self-motivated, assertive and able to work independently
- Good command of English. Ability to speak other languages would be an added advantage.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to work shifts including late nights and early mornings
