Our client is looking for dynamic and highly motivated individuals to contribute to the growth of their airline.

Overall Job Purpose:

To handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for the airline.

Responsibilities:

  • Book tickets in the GDS systems – Amadeus/Travelport/Saber/Galileo
  • Ensures all incoming call received are answered promptly, efficiently and professionally as per Call Centre Qualitative Standards
  • Recommends solutions and other services if appropriate
  • Identifies customer needs quickly, guides and provides relevant information efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience and skills in call centre environment would be an added advantage.
  • Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Must be certified in airline ticketing

Skills:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant disposition, courteous and efficient in providing personalized service to customers.
  • Self-motivated, assertive and able to work independently
  • Good command of English. Ability to speak other languages would be an added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to work shifts including late nights and early mornings
