Key Result Areas

  • Processing of property rental invoices and Rental collections management
  • Lease agreements and other property records management
  • Tenants relationship management
  • Property occupancy levels management - sourcing
  • Carrying out property inspections regularly
  • Buying Services
  • To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing proposals as required
  • Up-keep of a tenants database – updating where necessary to allow effective property tenancy management
  • Organizing and managing the Directors’ Office
  • Making appointments on behalf of Directors and making the necessary arrangements
  • Making the necessary travel arrangements whenever the Directors are travelling
  • Receiving visitors to the Director’s office.
  • General Office Administration
  • Supervising the Caretaker/Gardener

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic 5 “ O” levels including Maths and English
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting or similar qualifications
  • Relevant experience in Office and property administration
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration will be an added advantage
  • Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence
