Role Description
Reporting to the Loss Control Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating security issues.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Supervising a large workforce of contract security personnel
- Supervising the running of the control room
- Assist in implementing and managing hi- tech security systems,
- Identifying potential areas of risk or loss and implementing measures to eliminate loss of company property
- Carry out loss control investigations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 O levels including Mathematics and English
- Computer literate
- Must have high conceptual and analytical skills.
- Be self-motivated and able to initiate strategies to curtail crime
- Able to communicate at all levels
- At least 3 years relevant work experience
- Possess a clean class 4 driver’s license
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm System will be an added advantage.
- Diploma in Security and Risk Management will be an added advantage
