Purpose of the Job
- To maintain and preserve the value of the Company's Properties through minimizing defects plus wear and tear
The Job Entails:
- Ensuring that the building or property is kept clean
- Conducting daily plant and machinery inspections
- Conducting minor plant and machinery repairs on Portfolio properties
- Attending to tenants complaints
- Supervising contractors working on the property, for example, security and cleaning staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 O levels including English
- Technical qualifications such as Plumbing certificate, Engineering Certificate, electrical certificate, etc
- At least 3 years relevant experience
Skills Required
- Ability to fix minor jobs and breakdowns on the building/property
- High levels of honesty and intergrity
- Self motivated person who should be available for emergencies during weekends and after hours
- Must be able to work long hours under minimum supervision
- Good command of spoken English
