Managing Property Portfolios - Ensuring that all property portfolio management issues comply with the legal provisions of the Estate Agency Act.

Managing property portfolios on behalf of the landlords, owners of properties.
\r\n
\r\n
Duties & Responsibilities:
\r\n
\r\n
- New Tenants:
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
- Carries out rent valuation on the property.
- Advertises the vacant space or property/premises presented for letting.
- Carries out security, credit reference checks on prospective tenant.
- Negotiates rentals.
- Prepares lease agreements.

2. Existing Tenants:

- Ensuring that competitive rentals are paid by regularly carrying out rental market research.
- Renegotiating rentals on lease renewal in consultation with the landlord.
