Main Function
This job will serve to perform front office management and provide support in the planning and execution of all the marketing activities of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and become primary contact for clients in order to oversee and maintain day-to-day inquiries.
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns
- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations
- Assist in the creation of the following print materials; brochures, leaflets, banners, business stationery and ads, and the collation of all data and imagery needed for print purposes
- Assist in website maintenance and in the delivery of engaging content.
- Assist in digital communications and social media by implementing content schedules.
- Carry out routine inspections and monitor any needs on any internal issues (i.e., printing equipment, stationery etc ).
- Provide administrative support to the team: redirecting inquiries, calls and other client correspondence.
- Manage contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers
Education and Experience
- Degree in Marketing
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies will be an added advantage
- Should have one year experience preferably in a marketing environment
