Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Planned maintenance management
- Designs and recommends planned maintenance programs for generator, vehicles, boom gate, equipment such as air conditioners, elevators and IDBZ house.
- Reviews and recommends periodically compliance with relevant statutes
2.Administration management and support services to SPVs such as Waneka
- Provides stock/materials reports to SPV Board
- Recommends for disposal SPV obsolete stock to relevant SPV Board.
3.Buying/Procurement Services
- Develops sourcing and procurement activities that support key business needs.
- Monitors procurement activities so as to align with Purchasing Governing Standards.
4.Pool vehicle management
- Designs pool vehicle processes and procedures for monitoring usage and controlling costs.
- Recommends vehicle allocations to departments and branch based on transport needs.
5.Bulk staff and pool fuel management
- Receives bulk staff and pool fuel for custody before relevant allocations.
- Issues bulk staff fuel to HR for further issuance accordingly.
6.Stores Master Record Card Management
- Posts to MRC daily stationery and fuel usage using issued stationery and fuel requisitions sheets
- Corrects measures on coding mistakes on issued requisition sheets in liaison
7.Moveable asset control
- Periodic verification of movable assets
- Receives the asset control sheet from the office bearer
- Check physical asset list against every asset in the office
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- MBA/MBL
- CIPS or Real Estate Management professional qualification
- 8 years relevant experience
