Store Development Assistant Manager

<p><strong>Main Duties:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Assist Store Development Manager in Architecture designs for new projects and refurbishments</li> <li>Ensure all design work is carried out effectively within the stipulated time frame</li> <li>Prepare forms and drawings for planning and building regulation applications</li> <li>Coordinate architectural issues on drawings to structural and make corrections</li> <li>Coordinate and check with consultants on problems related to plans and designs</li> <li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality</li> <li>Conduct site visits and ensure architectural drawings conform to client&rsquo;s expectations</li> <li>Liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers involved in projects</li> <li>Research and gather information in developing final design to solve design problems</li> <li>Ensure timeous delivery of relevant documentation within stipulated time frame.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Have a BSc in Architectural Sciences or Architecture related field</li> <li>Have at least 3 years practical experience in the field of Architecture</li> <li>Be competent in 3D Max, Photoshop, MS Office, Revit and Excel</li> <li>Be well versed in coordination and CAD drafting works in Architecture</li> <li>Have good internet skills, Downloading and Uploading files</li> <li>Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Be proficient in using AUTOCAD</li> </ul>
