Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring the Mining production targets, schedules and priorities for the mining teams are safely achieved
- Plan, organise and control mine activities to ensure cost effective production
- Maintain safety and environmental systems consistent with business policies and legal requirements
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- BSC Mining Engineering Degree from a recognised University
- Full Blasting License
- Solid Understanding and Work Knowledge of open pit mining practices and equipment capabilities
- Good Understanding and working knowledge of applicable legislations and regulations for Mines
