Reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Director the Key Job Functions of this position will be:
- Responsible for managing the Human Resources functions of the organisation`s recruitment and selection
- Facilitate induction and probation processes of new employees
- Prepares the department`s input for the annual budget and control of expenditure
- Develop and review all HR policies and procedures when there is need
- Monitors and enforce the effective implementation of training and development plan for the organisation
- Management of Employee Relations
- Drive the alignment and execution of the Human Resources strategies and plans with the overall business goals
- Design, source and run wellness programmes that benefit employees` welfare
- Setting targets and monitoring subordinates` performance
Key Job Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources/ Social Sciences Degree, IPMZ diploma
- A Masters` degree will be an added advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Good analytical, conceptual and negotiating skills
- Knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent listening skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills
