Reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Director the Key Job Functions of this position will be:



  • Responsible for managing the Human Resources functions of the organisation`s recruitment and selection

  • Facilitate induction and probation processes of new employees

  • Prepares the department`s input for the annual budget and control of expenditure

  • Develop and review all HR policies and procedures when there is need

  • Monitors and enforce the effective implementation of training and development plan for the organisation

  • Management of Employee Relations

  • Drive the alignment and execution of the Human Resources strategies and plans with the overall business goals

  • Design, source and run wellness programmes that benefit employees` welfare

  • Setting targets and monitoring subordinates` performance


Key Job Requirements:



  • A degree in Human Resources/ Social Sciences Degree, IPMZ diploma

  • A Masters` degree will be an added advantage

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

  • Good analytical, conceptual and negotiating skills

  • Knowledge of labour laws

  • Excellent listening skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills
