Occupational Health Nurse

Main Duties:

• Administers the Company’s occupational health scheme
• Ensures the availability of preventative, curative and rehabilitative health services.
• Designs and manages the Employee Wellness programs
• Ensures all pre-employment, periodical and exit medical examinations are carried out for all employees.
• Ensures compliance with all Health legislation including occupational health schemes.
• Compilation and analysis of medical statistics and reports.
• Coordination of counselling services to employees, contractors and dependents.

Qualifications:

• Nursing Diploma
• A minimum of 5 years working as a Registered General Nurse
• Current Nursing Practicing Certificate
• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/mining clinic administration
