KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Preparing leases and addenda under allocated portfolio.</li><li>Negotiating and enforcing terms of the Lease Agreement including timeous rental payments.</li><li>Managing electronic and/or paper-based property information in consultation with the Property Officer(s).</li><li>Preparing monthly invoices for properties under the allocated portfolio for the Property officer(s)’ review.</li><li>Preparing letters of demands, notices and memos to tenants under the allocated portfolio in consultation with the Property Officer(s).</li><li>Preparing and monitoring monthly schedules of operating costs payments of properties under the allocated portfolio.</li><li>Drawing up annual repairs and maintenance schedules of properties under the allocated portfolio in consultation with the Property Officer(s).</li><li>Carrying out property market research on rental yields, void rates, market rents, recent lettings and new market trends that affects the rental market in consultation with the Property Officer(s).</li><li>Creating property adverts for letting and providing website updating information for properties under the allocated portfolio.</li><li>Preparing inspection reports and schedules of properties under the allocated portfolio for the Property Officer(s)’ review.&nbsp;</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Management or any relevant Degree</li><li>At least 2 years relevant working experience&nbsp;</li></ul>
