Key Responsibilities: <ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Sales Management: Oversee the daily operations of the farm fresh shop, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, ensure product freshness, and place orders as needed to maintain inventory.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Team Leadership: Supervise and train the farm fresh shop staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Marketing &amp; Promotion: Implement local promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Health &amp; Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Reporting: Track sales, expenses, and other key metrics, preparing regular reports for management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Requirements:<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Proven experience in sales management or retail management, preferably in the food or poultry industry.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">A passion for the food industry and quality customer service.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience in the poultry or food industry is an advantage.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Familiarity with health and safety standards in food handling.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Previous experience managing a retail operation</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Relevant tertiary qualifications</li></ul>&nbsp;
