Key Responsibilities include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Present, promote and sell company products to both existing and prospective&nbsp;customers through a relationship-based approach.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Identifying and pursuing potential customers through various methods, including cold&nbsp;calling, networking, and referrals.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Handling after-sales and customer care services as well as resolving any arising&nbsp;problems or complaints.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Managing relationship with key customers (Key Account Management - KAM).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Managing and developing a designated sales territory.&nbsp;</li><li>Preparing and submitting sales reports and forecasts.&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting Sales &amp; Marketing Manager in preparing Sales budget and managing of&nbsp;expenditures.&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.</li></ul> Requirements and Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Minimum of a Degree in Sales &amp; Marketing or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3 years of post-qualification working experience in a similar or equivalent role.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous work experience in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry or a&nbsp;related industry is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in SAGE 200 Evolution is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Willing to work anywhere in Zimbabwe and must be fluent in both Ndebele and Shona.&nbsp;</li><li>A clean Class 4 driver's license.</li></ul>
